Hook & Punch LLC started with the purpose of replacing gear we owned that started to wear out. We became increasingly frustrated with purchasing “premium” or heritage products to simply be disappointed with the longevity and quality. So we did it ourselves .

We started with a messenger bag and a tote for our daily carries to work and continued to improve our skills. We dabbled in footwear- mainly for ourselves. In 2024, we restored a 1920’s USMC Model C clicker press allowing us to scale up our business and improve consistency with our bulk products. Every piece is cut, stamped and sewn in our shop in Forestville WI.

We use the best leather we can sourced from Chicago’s Horween, PA’s Wickett & Craig, and select tanneries in Italy. We use solid brass hardware and build our products to take whatever life throws at them. We select leather that improves with age and develops a gorgeous patina to show it’s story. We prioritize using the most durable and most local supplies when we can.

Now we offer our products to the world, whether it be a custom purse, tote or briefcase, outfitting your fly fishing boat, branded goods to represent your company, or anything else you can dream! Lets work together to make something neat!
